These terms cover the Volant website at volant.app, run by Seed Blocks Pty Ltd. They do not cover the Volant desktop app, which has its own terms.

What the site is

The site describes Volant and what it does. Volant changes over time, and nothing on the site is a promise that a feature will be available in a particular form or on a particular date.

Information, not advice

The blog, guides and other pages are general information about running a small agency. They are not legal, financial, tax or business advice for your situation. Nothing on the site promises income, clients, search rankings or any other result.

Using the guides

The guides are free. You ask for one with your email address and we send the PDF by email. You may use them in your own agency's work, and share links to the guide pages. Please don't republish them as your own or sell them.

Names and marks

Volant, its name, mark and the illustrations on this site belong to Seed Blocks Pty Ltd. Please don't use them in a way that suggests we endorse you or your work.

Links to other sites

Some pages link to other websites and cite their information with the date we checked it. We don't control those sites, and they may have changed since.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and dated, but we can't promise it is free of errors or always available.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date on this page says when they last changed.
