Messages, calendar and reports
Client messages next to what they bought, your week ahead, and reports that show where each number came from.
Approve
Your agent drafts replies, offers, posts and website versions. Anything Volant sends or publishes waits for you. When you approve something, you approve the exact text you read.
Care plan invoice for a florist
You're approving this exact text. Change a word and it comes back to you.
This waits for you.
Your name is on it
An agent that can send email can send the wrong one, and the client thinks it came from you.
You agreed a lower care plan price with the dentist on a call. Your agent's draft quoted the one from the first offer, and it's already in her inbox.
The florist chose the second homepage. The third one went live because it looked better, and now she's asking who changed her photos.
The send button spun and stopped late at night. Press it again and the groomer might get the invoice twice. Leave it and it might never have gone.
Volant has a rule for each of these, so you don't have to remember them at 11pm.
Skip to the straight answersHow it works
Your agent prepares the work. Volant holds it until you've looked.
Step 1
Open Volant and see what needs you today. Replies, offers, website versions and facts your agent found wait in one list, each next to the client it's for.
Needs you today
Your agent prepared these. They wait for you.
Step 2
You approve the words, who it's going to and which email address it's sent from. Change any of them afterwards, even a comma, and it comes back to you.
Step 3
If Volant can't tell whether a message went out, it checks with your email provider before sending again. It won't send twice on a guess.
A reply to a family dentist
Checked before it's sent again.
Step 4
Everything Volant sends, publishes or charges waits for your approval. Tools your agent uses on its own work outside Volant, so an email your agent sends through them doesn't come through here.
What is included
Four more things, and one it leaves to you.
Your agent drafts posts for your agency's X and LinkedIn. None of them go up until you approve it.
Want to note a client's best time to call? Ask your agent to add a field for it. You check the new field, list or view before it's turned on.
What your agent is logged into stays with your agent. Volant never copies its logins, cookies or passwords.
Volant tracks the costs it runs up, and shows any cost it can't see as unknown instead of zero.
Volant doesn't choose who to pitch, what to charge or what to say. Those calls stay yours.
