What Volant does for you.
- What is Volant?
- A desktop app for running an AI agency on your own. Your AI agent does the work: research, offers, websites and other services, and follow-ups. Volant keeps track of your clients, payments, what's due and what needs your approval.
- Who is Volant for?
- Anyone running an AI agency on their own, selling services such as websites, search work and client support to small businesses. Freelancers, designers, developers and marketers, and people starting out next to a day job. It's made for one person, not a team.
- Can Volant help me get clients?
- Yes. Your agent finds and researches local businesses worth pitching, then drafts the offer and the follow-ups for you to approve. Whether a business signs is up to them, so we don't promise results.
- Who makes Volant?
- Seed Blocks Pty Ltd, a one-person company founded by Praney Behl.

Working with your AI agent.
- Which AI agents work with Volant?
- Claude Code, running on your computer. You'll need your own Claude Code account.
- Do I need to install anything else?
- No. Volant sets up the connection to your agent for you, so there's no extra tool to install.
- Who pays for my agent's usage?
- You do. Your agent runs on your own AI account, and your AI provider bills you for what it uses. Volant doesn't charge for it.
- Does work carry on when I close the window or my computer sleeps?
- Yes, when you close the window: work you've scheduled for your agent carries on while Volant runs in the background. If your computer sleeps, goes offline or you quit Volant, that work pauses until you're back.
- Will I hear about new messages while my computer is asleep?
- Yes. Volant alerts you by email, SMS or Discord, even when your computer is asleep.
Approvals
What waits for you.
- Can Volant send something without me?
- No. Every message Volant sends and every site it publishes waits for your approval. Tools your agent uses outside Volant are up to you.
- What if Volant can't tell whether a message went out?
- It checks first instead of sending again, so your client never gets the same message twice.
- When is a payment marked as received?
- When Stripe confirms the money arrived. So you always know who has really paid, not just who says they have.
- Can my agent use what it found about a business?
- Yes, once you've checked it. Your agent shows where each fact came from, so you can fix anything wrong before it goes into a pitch. No made-up scores.
What's yours
Your clients, files and accounts.
- Can I take my work with me?
- Yes. Take a copy of your clients and files at any time and open it without Volant. Your business notes and brand guidance are plain text files.
- Who owns the accounts I set up?
- You do. Phone numbers, chat accounts and other services are in your name, so they stay yours and you pay their bills directly.
- Does Volant see my agent's passwords?
- No. Volant never copies your agent's logins or passwords.
What you can sell
More to sell than websites.
- Can I offer more than websites?
- Yes. Sell search (SEO) work with a dated before-and-after report, and a report on what AI assistants say about your client, with the date and how it was checked. You show clients what changed, with no ranking promises.
- Can I see all my client messages in one place?
- Yes. Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Messenger and Discord arrive in one inbox, filed under the right client.
- Can I sell a phone receptionist or website chat?
- Yes. Volant supplies the phone and chat account behind them, so you can offer these without signing up to a provider yourself.
- Will my clients get a portal?
- Yes. Your clients get their own page with your name and logo on it.

- The pricing page shows what you get on every plan. Before you pay, it also tells you exactly what happens to your work if you stop.
