Sell

Sell the website, then a monthly planto keep it up to date.

The website is the first sale. After launch, offer a care plan for updates, fixes and new pages. You can also sell search (SEO) work, reports on what AI assistants say about a business, and a receptionist and website chat. None of it promises a top spot on Google.

  • Every service kept with its client
  • No promises about search rankings
  • You set your own prices

After launch

The site is live. What do they pay you for now?

Launch day ends the project fee. After that, the client needs a service they can name and work you can show.

  • What does the plan cover?

The dentist pays monthly for updates. She's asked for holiday hours, new team photos and a whole page on implants, and you can't say which of those the plan includes.

  • Did the search work do anything?

A client asks whether the search work helped. You have this month's numbers and nothing from before you started.

  • Can you sort the phones too?

The groomer misses calls mid-bath and asks if you can fix that as well. Saying yes is easy. Knowing what it takes, and whose name the number is in, is harder.

Each service below comes with a report you can show the client.

The services

What you can sell, service by service.

Start with websites, which your agent makes. The other three add monthly work the client can see.

Websites and care plans

The site first, then the care plan.

Your agent makes the website. Volant has version history, so you can compare versions and pick the one that goes live. The care plan and every change request sit with the same client, so you can tell what's covered from what's extra.

  • The first thing to sell
  • Plan work and extras kept apart
Client servicesExample

A corner bakery

  • WebsiteVersion 3, chosen by youLive
  • Care planHours, text and photo updatesMonthly
  • Wedding cakes pageQuoted before any workExtra

Covered by the plan, or quoted as extra.

Search

Search work witha before and after.

Before you change anything, Volant notes where the site stands in search, with the date. Afterwards it shows what changed, when, and what couldn't be measured. No promises about rankings.

  • A starting point saved before the first change
  • Results reported, never promised

AI assistant reports

What AI assistants sayabout a client, by date.

Save what AI assistants say when someone asks for a business like your client's, with the date and the questions asked. Ask the same questions next month and compare. You report what you see, not a ranking.

  • The same questions, asked again next month
  • No promise the client gets mentioned
AI assistant reportExample

A family dentist

  • Prepared by your agent:Asked for a family dentist near the stationAssistant one, date and question saved
  • Prepared by your agent:Named the practice, with the right hoursAssistant one, same question
  • Prepared by your agent:Did not name the practiceAssistant two, same question
  • Not found:Why the answers differNot known

Same question, compared by date. Not a ranking.

Receptionist and chat

A receptionist and website chatfor your clients.

Offer your clients a receptionist that answers and makes calls for them, plus chat on their website. It sits with their website and care plan.

  • Sold to your clients as a monthly service
  • No provider account needed on your side

With every service

What comes with every service.

Where client messages arrive, what reports show, and whose accounts run what.

  • Support inbox

Client messages from email, text, WhatsApp, Messenger and Discord arrive in one place.

  • Reports

Every report lists what happened, where each number came from and what's missing.

  • The receptionist and chat account

The receptionist and chat run on Volant's own account, so there's no extra account for you to set up.

  • Your accounts

Everything else runs on accounts in your name. Your phone numbers, chat bots and accounts stay yours, and so do the bills.

  • Known costs

Volant keeps a budget for what it spends, and marks costs it can't see as unknown, not zero.

  • Promised results

    Not included

No service here promises rankings, traffic or new customers.

Straight answers

What you'll want to know before you sell.

Can I sell the receptionist to my clients?
Yes. It's a service you offer your clients' businesses, alongside their website and care plan.
Who sets the prices?
You do. What you charge your clients is your call. Volant's own plans are on the pricing page.
Will search work get a client to the top of Google?
No. Nobody can honestly promise that, and Volant won't.
Who pays for my agent's work?
You do. It runs on your own AI account, and that provider bills you for the usage.
