Each update is dated and says, in plain words, what you can now do. Newest first.
Open Volant and see what needs you today: decisions and stuck jobs first, then work in progress. Anything that reaches a client now goes out with one press, after you've checked it. Forms show which fields you must fill in, and problems are explained once, in plain words. Volant also backs up your work on a schedule while it's open, and locks each backup so only you can open it.
You can now give clients a report of what happened in a month, showing where each number came from and what's missing. If a cost isn't known, the report says so instead of showing zero. You can also take a copy of your clients and files at any time, with a short note explaining what's inside, and open it without Volant.
You can now read client emails, texts, WhatsApp, Messenger and Discord messages in one inbox, each filed under the right client. Your agent can draft a reply for you. Approving the words doesn't send it: you press send separately, so nothing goes out by accident.
Add a business and see its research, design ideas and website versions in one place. Preview the exact version you're about to approve, so the client gets what you checked. Moving things around on the page never approves or sends anything.
Connect Claude Code and your agent can ask Volant what's due, pick up the client details and files for that job, and hand the finished work back. Volant checks the work before saving it with the right client, so you don't have to copy anything across by hand.
