The yoga studio texts that the deposit's gone through. Stripe shows nothing so far, and you've already sketched their homepage.
The offer promised to fix their slow booking page. You can't remember whether you checked it or your agent assumed it.
None of it is hard. It's just scattered, and a wrong price in a client's inbox has your name on it.

Four steps. Your agent writes the drafts. You approve them, and Stripe confirms the money.
Step 1
Ask for a pitch and an offer. Your agent uses your prices and the facts you approved. Each project keeps its research, ideas, versions and decisions on one page, so you can see where every line of the offer came from.
A dog groomer
Your agent drafted this. Read it first.
Step 2
The offer waits for you. Your approval covers the exact offer you read. If the price, what's included or the recipient changes afterwards, it comes back to you.
Step 3
Clients pay through your own Stripe account. When Stripe confirms the payment, Volant marks the job as started and the website work can begin. A text saying it's paid doesn't count.
Open offers
Received only when Stripe confirms it.
Step 4
When nobody answers an offer, Volant gives it a follow-up date. Meetings, follow-ups and deadlines sit in one calendar, next to the client's details.
What is included
Everything Win gives you, and the one promise it won't make.
Your agent drafts posts about your agency for X and LinkedIn. Nothing is posted until you approve it.
If Volant can't tell whether an offer went out, it checks before sending it again, so your client doesn't get it twice.
Payments go to your own Stripe account. Your accounts stay yours, and so do their bills.
Volant keeps a budget for the costs it creates. Any cost it can't see shows as unknown, never as zero.
Your clients get their own page with your branding, where you share the work you choose.
Volant can't make anyone say yes to an offer, and doesn't claim to.
