Yes. Many people keep one for personal projects and notes, and run their clients in Volant.
Can I bring my client list with me?
Yes. Export it from ClickUp or Notion as a spreadsheet file and add it to Volant, or import from HubSpot, or add clients by hand.
Do I have to set it up first?
No. Prospects, offers, projects, payments and requests are ready when you open it.
Can a client leave me and keep their site?

Is Volant a good ClickUp or Notion alternative?
For running a one-person AI agency, yes. Volant covers finding clients, sending offers, doing the work with your AI agent, getting paid and answering client requests. It isn't a general notes or task tool for the rest of your life, and it isn't made for teams.
What's the main difference between ClickUp, Notion and Volant?
ClickUp is built around tasks and Notion around pages, and you shape either into an agency setup yourself. Volant comes set up for agency work: who you pitch, what each client bought, the work, payments and requests, with your approval before anything goes out.
Can I get my data out of ClickUp or Notion?
Yes. ClickUp's help centre describes exporting task data to a CSV file. Notion's describes exporting pages as Markdown, databases as CSV, and a whole workspace with your uploaded files.
How much do ClickUp and Notion cost, roughly?
Both have free plans with limits, then a monthly fee for each member. Check each pricing page for current plans, because prices change.
What do I need to use Volant?
